Refund policy

Our standard 30 day refund policy for our print-on-demand (POD) brand is as follows:

  1. Refund eligibility: Customers may be eligible for a refund if they received a damaged or defective item. Refunds are not available for orders that have already been shipped.

  2. Timeframe for refunds: Customers must request a refund within 30 days of receiving their order.

  3. Refund process: To request a refund, customers must contact our customer service team via email or phone. The customer service team will provide instructions for returning the item. Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

  4. Refund options: If customers choose to exchange the item, they will be responsible for the cost of shipping the new item to them.

  5. Return shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance to protect against loss or damage during transit.

  6. Refunds will not be accepted or processed when it's clear a customer has ordered multiple sizes of the same item.
